Had to ring for service to get napkins and silverware and that took awhile as well. Also I overheard other customers ordering drinks and the waitstaff returned to say that they were out of vodka or a particular beer so it sounds like ordering of supplies to address that use is not Dialed in. The wait staff were vocal in their irritation with the tablets they use to place orders and had to swipe the card 5-6 times for it to read the card.
This happened all around with other customers, so had to hear the irritation from them repeatedly. They have been open over a month, so I would expect the management would have addressed these issues fairly quickly.
